We regret that the following Brother or Brethren have passed to the Grand Lodge above:

It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Wor. Brother R.J.Hicks aged 97 years. He died peacefully on the 1st of March, in the Bristol Royal Infirmary following a gradual deterioration in health and strength experienced over several years.

Worshipful Brother Reg, was initiated into The Baily Lodge, No. 5239, on the 22 March 1955, aged 42 years, and Passed and Raised in the following months. He was Worshipful Master in 1976 and promoted to Past Provincial Junior Grand Warden in 1999.

He died just a few weeks short of fifty five years sterling service to the Lodge in which he was elected an Honorary Member on the 25th November 2008.

Funeral Details:- 11AM, Tuesday, 16th March, South Bristol Crematorium. Then at Long Ashton Golf Club.
